Great Meal
I made the tagliatelli, spinach and goat cheese meal, with the Cheat's dessert. It was fabulous. I decided to invite my wife to dinner tonight, and sent her the invitation from the website. Unfortunately, didn't get any pictures since we were also trying to keep out nine-month old occupied as we ate. The meal was easy to make. I like cooking Jamie's recipe because it gets me away from being exact about measurements, and makes one cook more from what tastes good. I only cooked 250g of pasta and it was probably enough for four people. Although my wife finished off her portion and I left her some for lunch tomorrow. The tastes of the ginger, vanilla ice cream and oranges was a nice way to top things off. Thanks Jamie.
